Program Description

Specific Event Details

Celebrate St Patrick's Day with a peek into your Irish ancestors.

In order to find information on your Irish ancestors, you will need to do as much research as you can here in the United States first.

So you need to follow their paper trail to help give clues as to where they were from in Ireland. Events, like births, baptisms, marriages, naturalizations and deaths are a part of that paper trail.

This program will help show you different resources and examples of that paper trail and then we will talk about different Irish websites that will help you once you are researching over the pond.

I have been following the "paper trail" of my ancestors since 1991 - I hope that my experiences will help you find that "golden nugget" that help you in your research!
