Specific Event Details
We know that some of our littlest patrons have the biggest opinions about books they’ve loved and hated. With this program, we’re aiming to find a creative way to share this with the community. Voice overs are all the rage on social media these days! How would you like to see these little voices coming out of a librarian’s mouth? Bring your little one anytime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and we’ll record their book review (audio only) and overlay it on video of PDL staff to share on social media. Each recording should only take about 15 minutes.
If you plan on attending, ask your child ahead of time which book they would like to talk about. It can be something they loved or hated. Any amount of detail is fine! Recordings will take place at the Youth Help Desk on the Lower Level of the library.
This program is intended for kids ages 3-10. All participants will walk away with a prize just for sharing. No registration is required.
