We're celebrating the upcoming solar eclipse with the StarLab! The StarLab is an indoor inflatable planetarium capable of holding 25 people at a time. We will have several viewing options throughout the day (see below) and educational activities to take home.
Viewings for Kids 12 and under and their families
These times will last 20 minutes and will include a story and some educational material to engage your minds while enjoying the view. Registration is not required.

Viewings for Teens ages 13-18
From 3:00-4:00 PM, the StarLab will be open to this age group to come and go as you please while enjoying atmospheric music. Space is still limited to 25 people and we ask that you be mindful of others who may want to have a chance to experience the planetarium. Registration is not required.
We will have eclipse viewing glasses available to the public while supplies last at this program.
Library events may be recorded in photo and/or video. By attending one of our events or programs, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes both in print and online, including our social media channels.

This program is designed for children to participate on their own; however, accompanying adults are asked to remain in the library for the duration of the program.
