We've likely been in situations where we know we need/want to address something, but we're apprehensive. It could be dealing with a difficult neighbor, resolving a matter with a friend or family member, asking for a pay rise. When we view these conversations as something to put off, as opposed to something that could improve our lives and lower our stress, we don't move forward.
