Program Description

Specific Event Details

South Korea is a small Asian country, but ranks significantly in U.S. history. What do we really know of this ancient culture besides political saber rattling, the 2018 Winter Olympics, and exports proving it to be an economic powerhouse with a Cinderella story? Travel through Seoul, “The Miracle on the Han”, and other highlights around the peninsula with Mariya Fogarasi, who spent four years on an American army post and had the opportunity to pass between two different worlds and cultures brought together by fate. Join us to celebrate Lunar New Year by learning all about this beautiful country.
