Unleash your creativity with leftover materials from The Lab. If you've ever longed to experiment with The Lab's equipment using free supplies, this is the event for you. Join us for an entire day of spontaneous crafting in The Lab, where the possibilities are as endless as your imagination.
At this drop-in event, all ages are welcome to explore and craft with our surplus scrap supplies. It's the perfect opportunity to embark on small and starter projects, such as fashioning delicate wooden or leather earrings using our Glowforge, mastering the art of sewing seams or hems with our surplus fabric pieces on our sewing machines, or creating custom iron-on transfers using leftover vinyl on Cricut Design Space.
Our knowledgeable staff will be available throughout the event to guide and assist you with your projects, offering tips and inspiration. Embrace the spirit of sustainability for Earth Day as you make use of our scrap materials, contributing to our collective effort to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
This is a drop-in event for all ages. No registration required. Drop offs of children under 13 will not be permitted. If you bring a child under 13, please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program.
